Divine Providence

If you are like most average Americans, you were shocked when President Obama announced that he was in favor of gay marriage, but we were not surprised. In this very intense election season when the winning could be all about the money, there is one voting block of people who seem to have all the big bucks and that is the gay community and their supporters. This is the one group of "me" folks that have used their talents and abilities to amass huge sums of money from the arts, entertainment and media. Yes they are very talented and they get paid well.

It is safe to say that many in the entertainment industry may be closet homosexuals but not public, due to the fact that the millions of heterosexual fans may be turned off and would stop going to their movies. When you know someone is gay and they are making love to a woman your brain starts to freeze up. And instead of it being romantic, it looks funny.

That doesn't mean you are bashing them at all. It just means that mother nature has instill in all of us the male gene and the female gene in which 85% are naturally activated. I love it now that people are boycotting movies with foul language. 85% of normal people don't talk that way and do consider it crude and vulgar.

There is a supernatural force that is greater than our ideas and our opinions. It is called Divine Providence. Whether you like it or not, Divine Providence is the hand that controls mother nature, historical events and our future. If history repeats itself, the lessons that have been learned through the disasters and tragic events of history should remind us that Divine Providence will allow HIS creation to go only so far in moral and spiritual degradation until HIS hand steps in and starts the correction.

Historic events whether you believe they are true or not shows us mortals that when we cross the line, when we purposefully ignore God's edicts, when we think we are invincible, it is only a matter of time, when the wheels of nature slowly wind down our way and we are snuffed out like a blade of grass under the auspices of a mighty lawnmower.

History has proven itself over and over again. Without God's Divine Protection, people suffer.

Garden of Eden - Adam and Eve lived in the luxury of innocence. They were deceived into believing that no matter what, their idyllic existence would last forever. When sin entered, they exited into a harsh cold, scary, unfriendly world only to live and die in regret. They would live to see their beloved son, murdered by his brother.
They would live to see the world in tragedy and horror.

Tower of Babel - Again the people thought they were above God's laws and ways and on their own abilities they could achieve anything. Together a mighty community grew. They were intelligent. They were powerful. They were creative. They could reach heaven. But Divine Providence was watching and laughing. Suddenly each group was struck with a different language and the walls of communication were instantly removed and left a project undone, and people in confusion.

Sodom and Gommorah - We read of this story historically, but it has happened time and time again. When the people become affluent, when they have all their needs met and they have leisure time to spare, they begin to indulge in opportunities and things that they would have never thought of before, when they had to work to survive and feed their families. God asked for 10 good men in the city of hundreds of thousands. He could not find even 2 good men. As you know Divine Providence destroyed the city by a meteor shower that plummeted the city until it was nothing but ashes. This happened in Pompeii via a volcano. This happened with the tsunami in Thailand. This happened in the Subic Bay area with Mt. Pinatubo. You might say it is coincidence. Maybe.

The Titanic - The name Titan is a derivitive of the Chaldean word Shitan, which comes from the Hebrew word Satan. It was said that not even God could sink the Titanic. Shall we challenge Divine Providence? Who will win?

Divine Providence

This nation invoked "Divine Providence" in the original contract for the establishment of the United States of America. It is not a contact with men. It is a contract with God. If you think that God does not exist then this is meaningless to you. However, if you believe in Divine Providence, then you need to take seriously the actions of our nation, and the leaders who are the voice of the people. The ending line in the Declaration of Independence says, "... And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor."

Shall we ignore our reliance on Divine Protection for the protection of our nation? Have the leaders of our nation turn their backs on Divine Providence laughing in His face believing that their fate is in their own hands?

If you are a believer in God and in Divine Providence, it is time to make your voice heard. We cannot abandon our ancestors, your ancestors' dream, who gave up everything for the founding of this nation to bring liberty to the captives including the slaves, women and millions of freedom seeking immigrants who left communism and dictatorship for the land of promise, the city on the hill, just to stand by and watch, due to the people continually doing evil in the sight of God, our nation destroyed when the Hand of Divine Providence is lifted and His Protection removed.
